Welcome to a one-of-a-kind vacation rental in Barcelona, where history meets contemporary elegance. Located in the heart of El Born, this exceptional five-floor home is nestled inside a 17th-century Catalan palace (built in 1602).

Once owned by a local merchant, the estate has been carefully restored, preserving its thick stone walls, original wooden beams, and antique tiles, while incorporating modern amenities and designer interiors.

A Piece of Barcelona’s History

The house used to be a 17th Century (XVII) Palace owned by a Catalan merchant. As years passed, it was divided in several parts. We got a quarter of it.

This historic property is officially recognized as Cultural Property Heritage (Tier 2. It’s a rare honor, with Tier 1 reserved for landmarks like Casa Milà (La Pedrera) by Antoni Gaudí. The facade was recently restored using a lost fresco technique, revived by expert artisans from Eastern Europe.

As soon as you enter through the main courtyard, the buzz of the city fades away, thanks to the thick brick walls, creating a serene retreat in the heart of Barcelona.

The Formal Dining Room – A place to Gather

  • Spacious, centrally located, and connects the kitchen, playroom, and living room.
  • Seats six, with additional chairs available if needed. If you need more seating, we usually bring the patio table and those extra 6 chairs.

Both crafted by our friend, architect and artist, Roger Pou (Espai de Fusta).

Both rooms have their own balcony, with iron railings and darkening shades, overlooking our private patio.
