Respect & Care for Our Home

Welcome to our home! This is not just a rental property, but a lived-in, cherished space, and we kindly ask that all guests treat it with the same respect they would their own home.

Stay Requirements

  • We prioritize home exchanges over one-way rentals, but we’re open to discussing arrangements.
  • All guests must meet standard verification requirements, including:
    • Verified ID.
    • Confirmed phone number & email address.
    • Payment details on file.
    • Agreement to house rules.

Security Deposit & Rental Options

  • A $1,000 security deposit is required.
  • The entire home is available for guests, but we’re open to discussing partial rentals if that better suits your needs.

Filming & Events

  • The house may be available for video shoots, photography sessions, and select events—but only when it is unoccupied.
  • If you’re interested, please contact us for availability and terms.

House Rules/Details

  • Suitable for children 0-12 years.
  • NO pets allowed.
  • Smoking NOT allowed in the house.
  • Events and parties NOT allowed unless previously discussed.
  • No shoe policy in the house.
  • No unannounced guests.
  • Silence from 10pm to 8am, respect the neighbors.
  • Check in time: 5PM (can be arranged otherwise)
  • Check-out time: 10AM (can be arranged otherwise)
